Working surfaces are stone, and the cabinets use consistent grain and shadow gaps to keep the wall calm.

Treat the kitchen as continuous joinery. Keep the busiest items, such as the hob and sink, within easy reach of well lit counters, and hide the rest behind plain doors.

Materials include walnut veneer cabinetry, stone worktops and splashbacks, stainless steel appliances, brass or bronze fittings and large format tiles.
