A bedroom and bath looking at how a bedroom can feel calm through proportion and lighting, with the bed as the clear centre of the room.
Bedside and cove lighting are kept low and indirect, and the adjoining bathroom is treated as a continuation of the same palette.
02Design concept
Design concept
A tonal scheme in sand and stone where texture, not colour, carries interest. Light is layered so the room can be bright for dressing and very soft in the evening.

03Material & colour
Materials, colour & light
Materials include an upholstered bed, fine plaster or stone effect walls, linen bedding, timber floors and a freestanding bath.

Inside the project
A single pendant is the only ornament above the bed. Texture gives a pale palette depth.
Imagine a space like this, made for you.
